At this stage, we are working on gathering an exclusive on-board team that will consist of the crew, a coach and a skipper. The team will ensure that your sailing experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Gold members will have the chance to choose their positions first, followed by Silver, and Bronze members. You will be able to undertake more than one position during offshore races.

This will depend on the type of the race, but usually it is up to 12 persons including the coach and skipper.

Our team will ensure that we provide all necessities during the offshore races, as well as a delicious, tailor-made cuisine similar to what is served at the Volvo Ocean Race. If you have any special request, please let us know and will do our best to accommodate you.

You need to have your sailing gear with you, as well as your day-to-day clothing. We will provide all the safety equipment. Right before the race, we will send out a detailed email with everything we recommend for you to bring. Should you need any sailing gear at all, please drop our team an email in advance and we will supply you with all you need.

Yes, you can get a refund up to 48 hours after you have paid.

Don't you worry, your payment will be kept on your account and can be used for participating in the next race you choose.

Bookings close as soon as the boat is fully booked.

Yes, a cash deposit of €1,500 will be charged right before the race and if there are no damages to the boat or equipment, the deposit will be automatically refunded.

Yes. You must be insured to participate in the competition. Every sailor must have personal accident insurance and medical insurance. Third-party boat insurance coverage is provided by XYC.

The boat will have a life raft, life jackets for all sailors, pyrotechnic equipment and satellite coms.

Yes. You can rent a boat for cruising either before or after the race. Boat availabilities and leisure charter & cruises program is available on our website: www.xclusiveyachtclub.com.
